@Gambbit I don't think you're allowed to bring your gun to work and point it at people. That's what he did to the Pacers bus. Not to mention, getting drunk at a stripclub and waving your gun around is a recipe for disaster. But sure, go off sis.

@Gambbit You have personal privacy in your home or public property. You have no right to carry a gun on private property of the NBA. And no one is forcing them to work there. JA is an idiot who took a gun took a strip club and waved it around for his social media account. He wasn’t being a responsible firearm owner.

I think the Magic clobbered the Suns at one point this season. Sure, the next 3 games are going to be tough but they already beat the Warriors 3 times this year and the Kings twice. They still have Booker, Ayton, and Paul who is still the general.

That might be the weirdest ankle roll I’ve ever seen. It didn’t even look like he slipped. He just rolled it by planting for a layup.

14 күн бұрын
R S

Ankle rolls like that can be common. If the muscles are potentially weak around any of those joint axes, such as the lateral peroneals, which are key stabilizers, then absolutely the foot/ankle can roll like that. KD needs some MAT (muscle activation).

8 күн бұрын

@buba ba bro, that shouldn’t matter. The musculature, tendons, ligaments etc would proportionally also be strong. Just because he has freakishly big feet doesn’t mean he would be “prone to injury “.

Kd is so tall and has thin legs, that makes him fragile, he’s going to need to find a way to gain at least a bit of leg volume or muscle because as he gets older he’s only going to become more injury prone and those will have a greater toll on his body. This muscle gain is going to affect his mobility, but he’s a great player and he should be able to adjust to the different capabilities of his body and look to strengthen different parts of his game

He's a skilled 7ft player - he might lose mobility/speed, but he will be less injury prone + and can even muscle his way to some points Ala LeBron- he was never fast/Jumper anyways.

I blame KD's injury on his KD 15 shoes. Bro, I got the Aunt Pearl color way and those bugger's traction can give out on you at any given moment, and lead to the deadly duo of unprotected ankle support, messing your ankles up. That is why I don't play point guard with them shoes. I've always had the issue that they might come out of my feet when I drive in and the feeling of sliding bc the traction idk, it just disappears.

14 күн бұрын

@Darren Gordon-Hill So why is Giannis dominating and winning championships in low tops then? Every time yall wanna give these new weak players a pass, a real man like Giannis has to dispell the bs. How about Dr J shoes? Or lots of the old players that played 82 games in them? Never injured. How about them? Stop giving this weak Era excuses.

14 күн бұрын

did the same thing in his shoes the first day i played in them, and messed up my knee. its those super soft pillowy cushion shoes that are an unreliable base and unstable. too much compression and no firm grab of floor. Its the exact reason Markelle Fultz switched from Lebrons to Kobes after his ACL surgery. Returned them right after happened, low to ground minimal cushion or drop in midsole for me.

Booker looked completely lost and struggled is putting it lightly, in the most important game he's played in. Obviously he's a great player, wish he would talk trash when he wasn't up, but what can you do, some guys are cowards. He's got a lot to prove and last year has to come into account. Shaq is going along with the joke. He said the Suns will have some slippage after what he saw at 5:08 😂

Shaq doesn’t get that they’d still have to go on the road against the 1 and 2/3 seeds. He makes the point that if they get home court they will win it…. But then he only gives them one series of home court in his prediction. Classic Shaq. Go put another $20 in that tank big fella.

Dude, as far as rolled ankles go, the ankle touching the floor while the leg is pretty much vertical is probably as bad as it gets.

Guys get hurt worser playing street ball and keep on playing . . But maybe KD probably don't want to play to many regular season games at this stage or Phoenix don't want to take any chances . .

Two to three weeks will go by quick, so I'm not worried if you're Phoenix. It's just a sprained ankle.

You definitely don't know ball. He will NOT return for the regular season. 2nd, what type condition do you think he will be in going into the playoffs? At this level of competition. Shiiid, good luck. Phoenix stupid for getting rid of everyone for him and they are in denial but they can deny all they want. They will have to face reality one day soon. Should have let Brooklyn keep that headache. Now the Suns are destroyed for like the next 10 years.

This KD injury is so embarrassing for the Phoenix Suns organization. You spend all these assets going all in just to heve your entire season potentially curtailed bc someone didn't bust out a 5 dollar mop. 🤦🏽‍♂️

There's been a plethora of ankle injuries in the last few years. You know what the last few months alone. 80's 90's and early 2000 players never had this many ankle injuries. Something that all those decades had in common let me see... Oh yeah they wore high tops or mid tops to protect their ankles. Huh...imagine that🤔😉🤣

Joke aside it’s probably nutrition and training bulked up players with thick muscles and explosiveness. Unfortunately, ligaments and joints aren’t designed to take that much force and weight.

Even if it's not the shoes, I don't understand why more players aren't taping and doing other things to prevent ankle sprains. Each one you get makes it progressively easier to get another. Seems like it would be absolute top of the list for both players and medical teams priorities. Clearly not enough is being done with the crazy amount of ankle injuries today.
